How to Count the Days
Count from the date you SIGNED the purchase agreement (not the presentation date). Most states count calendar days, not business days. If the last day falls on a Sunday or holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day in most jurisdictions. When in doubt, send the cancellation letter immediately.
